The Filmstaar is a 2011 Malayalam film directed by Sanjeev Raj. Dileep and Kalabhavan Mani play lead roles while Muktha and Rambha play supporting roles in the film . Nandagopan, a poor villager, writes a script and wants the famous actor Sooryakiran to help him with the film. Sooryakiran rejects him but he is moved when he takes a deeper look at the script.
