Matapos mapag-alaman ni Betty (Rochelle Pangilinan) na nakuha niya pala ang HIV mula sa naging nobyo niyang si Gerald (Clint Bondad), napilitan siyang umuwi ng Pilipinas upang magpahinga at magpalakas. Sa kanyang pagdating, nagulat si Betty na nagbunga pala ang kanilang pagsasama. Paano niya kaya ito sasabihin sa kaibigang si Greg (Bernard Palanca) na posibleng mahawa ang bata sa kanyang sinapupunan?

Upon finding out that she acquired HIV from her recent boyfriend Gerald (Clint Bondad), Betty (Rochelle Pangilinan) was forced to go home to the Philippines to have herself checked and medicated.
