At the shooting range, sharpshooter Congressman Gascon (Tony Ferrer) congratulates Sgt. Mateo (Ronnie Rickets) on his marksmanship with a wish that they will never be at the end of each other’s guns. Sgt. Mateo always beats his friend Sgt Reyes (Bing Davao) in ending a standoff with a hostage taker. Sgt Mateo is invited by Sgt. Castro at their town fiesta where he meets Sgt. Castro’s daughter Lorna (Mariz). Congressman Gascon’s son Dave is found carrying his father’s gun by scalawag cops who accompany Dave to his father who bribes the policemen. Sgt. Castro is transferred to anti-narcotics and takes Mateo and Reyes with him. Mateo arrests Dave on drugs but the scalawag policemen try to intercept them, killing Sgt. Castro. Mateo goes after the criminals which leads him to a gun battle with the Congressman.
