Baby Songs and Nursery Rhymes- Baby Videos for Babies and Toddlers - Toddler Learning Video
This is a compilation of the very best baby songs and nursery rhymes for teaching babies and toddlers language, gestures, pretend play, speech and make them squeal with delight! These are taught to your baby by a real music teacher, Ms Rachel, who has a masters in music education and is a music teacher who has taught live baby, toddler and preschool music classes. Music is a phenomenal way to encourage milestones such as gestures, speech, pretend play and joint attention. It’s also great to have a real person showing the gestures to your child instead of a cartoon. They are more easily able to mimic the motions and hear the language!
Ms. Rachel picked this list carefully because of these baby song’s ability to teach language, animal sounds, gestures, body part names, pretend play, milestones like clapping and baby sign language.

Tips:
You can sit behind your baby and, hand over hand, help them do the gestures - (if they enjoy that)
Don’t bounce them around unless they have head control - not for newborns
Be animated and enthusiastic when you sing to babies
Other fun ideas:
Add bubbles to your music play with your child
Add colorful scarves and dance around with them, play peek-a-boo with them
Have stuffed animals play along, make stuffed animals clap and do gestures
If walking, march around to the beat of the music
If working on speech development with a toddler, sing slow and leave out the last word of the phrase of the song! (See “Brown Bear, Brown Bear” at the end of this video for example)
